About This Statement

This Accessibility Statement describes the approach used to make newaihealth.com usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

New AI Health is an independent editorial and educational publication. Its public website includes publications, company profiles, explanatory pages, category surfaces, and institutional standards.

Accessibility is treated as part of the site’s design, development, editorial maintenance, and quality-review process. It is not treated as a one-time feature or a final condition.

This statement applies to the public New AI Health website. It does not control the accessibility of external websites, platforms, documents, tools, or services linked from New AI Health.

Accessibility Commitment

Working Standard

New AI Health uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA as its current working accessibility target.

WCAG organizes web accessibility around four broad principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Its success criteria provide a practical framework for reviewing content, navigation, interaction, presentation, and compatibility.

This working target is a design and maintenance goal. It is not a claim that every page or feature has been independently audited or formally certified as conforming to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

The website has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility conformance evaluation. Issues may remain, and the site will continue to be reviewed as its content and technical surfaces develop.

Current Design Practices

New AI Health currently applies accessibility-oriented practices across its shared page system, including:

• A consistent heading hierarchy intended to make long-form pages easier to scan and interpret.
• Responsive layouts designed to reflow across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen widths.

• Accessible names, state attributes, and control relationships where interactive elements require them.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternative text for images used only as decoration.
• Colour and typography choices intended to maintain readable contrast and avoid relying on colour alone to communicate meaning.
• Reduced-motion handling for supported animations and transitions when a visitor has requested reduced motion through their device or browser settings.
• Descriptive page titles, metadata, link labels, and contextual language.

These practices form part of the shared site system and are intended to carry consistently across publication, category, company, explainer, and institutional page families.

Reading and Navigation

New AI Health is primarily a reading and discovery website. Core editorial content is presented as structured HTML rather than being embedded only inside images, applications, or downloadable files.

Pages use headings, paragraphs, lists, section boundaries, and descriptive links to support sequential reading and page navigation. Shared navigation controls are intended to appear in predictable locations across the site.

The layout is designed to support browser zoom, text enlargement, and responsive reflow. Readers may also use browser reading modes, operating-system magnification, custom styles, or assistive technologies according to their own needs.

Images, Video, and Visual Material

Images and visual explainers may be used to provide editorial context, illustrate a concept, identify a company, or support publication discovery.

Meaningful images are intended to include concise alternative text. Decorative images are intended to be hidden from assistive technology where they do not add information.

Some complex images, screenshots, diagrams, or video material may contain visual details that are not fully represented in a short text alternative. Where a visual is central to the meaning of a page, New AI Health aims to provide surrounding editorial context that communicates its primary purpose.

Browsers and Assistive Technology

The website is intended to work with current standards-based browsers and common desktop and mobile operating systems.

Readers may use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, browser zoom, magnification, high-contrast settings, reduced-motion preferences, or other assistive configurations.

Accessibility can vary across browser, device, operating-system, and assistive-technology combinations. New AI Health cannot guarantee identical behaviour in every configuration, particularly where software is outdated or does not fully support current web standards.

Known Limitations

New AI Health is continuing to evaluate its public surfaces. Current limitations may include:

• Some complex visual explainers or screenshots may not yet include a complete long-form text description of every visual detail.
• Video or motion-based material may not always include every form of alternative presentation that could benefit every reader.
• Content or interfaces supplied by external websites may not follow the same accessibility practices as New AI Health.
• Newly published or recently modified pages may contain issues that have not yet been identified through review.
• Automated accessibility checks cannot identify every usability, comprehension, interaction, or assistive-technology issue.

This list is not intended to imply that every listed limitation affects every page. It identifies areas that require continuing review as the publication grows.

New AI Health links to company websites, government resources, research publications, policy materials, technical documentation, and other external sources.

External websites and services are maintained by their own operators. New AI Health does not control their structure, accessibility, compatibility, privacy practices, or technical availability.

A link to an external source does not mean that New AI Health has evaluated or certified the accessibility of that destination.

Helpful information may include:

Readers are not required to disclose a disability or medical condition when reporting an accessibility barrier.

Do not send medical records, personal health information, confidential clinical material, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Review and Remediation

Accessibility reports are reviewed in relation to the affected content, the shared site system, the severity of the barrier, and the practical options available for correction or alternative access.

A correction may involve changing markup, keyboard behaviour, focus handling, link language, image alternatives, colour treatment, responsive layout, explanatory text, or the surrounding editorial presentation.

Some issues may require changes to shared templates or scripts so that the correction applies across multiple page families. Other issues may be specific to one publication, visual, or external resource.

New AI Health does not guarantee that every request can be resolved in a particular way or within a fixed period, but accessibility feedback will be considered as part of ongoing site maintenance.

This Accessibility Statement may be updated as New AI Health changes its design system, navigation, publication formats, interactive controls, visual materials, or review practices.
